Recognize the organizational decision boundary

Organizational readiness answers whether the customer organization is prepared to adopt, support and sustain the Robot-as-a-Service operating model. It does not by itself establish economic viability, technical feasibility, service operational readiness, acceptable risk allocation, implementation success, effective service governance, contractual completeness, regulatory compliance or strategic fit.

A positive result means that ownership, responsibilities, workforce preparation, adoption support and internal capabilities are sufficiently established. Missing authority, unresolved role ownership or inadequate workforce preparation remains decision-blocking.
